We’re currently looking for Sanitation Workers to join our energetic and safety-driven team in a fast-paced, HACCP-regulated manufacturing facility based in Epping. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a structured team environment, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

In this essential role, you’ll be responsible for cleaning and sanitising food production areas, machinery, and workspaces to the highest hygiene standards. You’ll play a key part in ensuring our site meets strict food safety and compliance guidelines at all times.

You must be available to work weekends, 12-hour night shifts, and have the flexibility to cover various shifts throughout the week as required by production and sanitation schedules.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Deep clean and sanitise production lines, equipment, and work areas

Operate cleaning equipment (high-pressure hoses, chemical dispensers, etc.)

Adhere to all HACCP, GMP, and WHS procedures

Safely manage waste disposal and chemical handling

Complete sanitation records and report issues to supervisors

Work efficiently with your team to meet hygiene schedules and standards

What You Bring

Previous experience in food manufacturing or industrial cleaning (preferred)

A strong understanding of hygiene, safety, and food safety practices

Physical fitness to handle manual tasks in hot/cold environments

Willingness to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays

Comfortable wearing PPE and using cleaning chemicals

A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work as part of a close-knit team
