Zen DB Solutions' is seeking a Factory worker for our production facility in Dandenong South, VIC. As a casual employee, you will play a vital role in our fast-paced food manufacturing operation, contributing to the efficient assembly and processing of our product range. With a focus on safety and quality, this role offers the opportunity to develop practical skills within a collaborative team environment.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the assembly and packaging of food products according to established procedures

Operating production equipment and machinery to ensure consistent quality and throughput

Performing routine inspections and quality checks to identify and address any issues

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work area

Collaborating with team members to optimise productivity and meet production targets

Adhering to all safety protocols and reporting any incidents or concerns

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a manufacturing, assembly or production role, ideally within the food industry

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety

Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently within a team environment

Physical fitness and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks and operate machinery

Willingness to work flexible hours, including shifts, to meet production demands
