🎯 Responsibilities

Set up, operate, and pack down AV equipment including audio, lighting, projection, video, and staging systems

Support live event production from pre-show prep to post-show wrap-up

Liaise directly with clients, performers, and event staff to ensure seamless technical delivery

Troubleshoot and resolve AV issues efficiently in high-pressure environments

Maintain and inspect AV equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance

💼 Requirements

2–4 years’ experience in a similar AV technician role

Solid understanding of live sound, lighting systems, vision and computers. Experience with video conferencing equipment is an advantage.

Proficiency with AV brands such as Yamaha, Shure, Barco, Panasonic, L-Acoustics, Black Magic or similar

Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, can-do attitude

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

✅ Bonus Points For

Formal qualifications in AV, live production, or technical theatre

Experience working in a multi-purpose venue, automated lecture theatre or events environment

Familiarity with digital audio consoles (e.g., Yamaha CL/QL series)

Basic rigging or EWP (Elevated Work Platform) license
