About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team in this critical frontline role delivering compassionate, high-quality care to patients and their families.

As the Patient Transport - Registered Nurse Escort, you will:

• Provide safe compassionate person centred care through the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of nursing care in collaboration with individual/s and the multidisciplinary health care team to achieve safe quality care outcomes that meet the goals of the individual.
• To ensure and oversee safe, effective and efficient nursing care transport service of patients to/from hospital locations and other facilities across NSW and delivery of a high level of customer focused service for a diverse range of clientele.

• Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and respond flexibly to changing clinical priorities.
