Introduction

Leatherwood Bespoke Rosin (LBR) is Australia’s first-ever producer of Stringed Instrument Rosin and other accessory products for the music industry (orchestral stringed instruments). This family business, located in Orange NSW, is a small and dynamic team who design, develop, invent, manufacture, and sell their stringed instrument products locally and internationally through retail, online and wholesale channels. LBR are looking for an organized and committed person to join the team in this flexible role in cleaning and general duties. This will include office and workshop cleaning, house cleaning, and Airbnb cleaning and setup for guests including changing and washing sheets. The role will also include general duties around the grounds and workshop to assist the manufacturing team.

This position is advertised as 2 to 3 days per week, either permanent part time or casual. This role allows the applicant flexibility to negotiate work days and times around changing workplace needs and their own personal needs. This can include weekends as negotiated.

Main duties and responsibilities

Assist the LBR team in manufacturing and product assembly:

Cleaning office, workshop and associated other general duties

Cleaning and setting up 1 or 2 Airbnb properties in Orange

House cleaning

General assistance with other maintenance tasks on the property

Qualifications

Minimum Year 12 or equivalent

Experience

General experience in cleaning, domestic and office

General experience in Airbnb set up including making beds

General experience and comfort in working in workshop environment

A proven track record in completing projects with a strong attention to detail and refinement.

Experience working unsupervised and completing tasks in a thorough and efficient manner
