Are you ready to lead a high-performing team and take the wheel at one of Brisbane’s most loved car wash destinations? Suds Car Spa is looking for a motivated and experienced Car Wash Manager to drive operations and deliver outstanding service at our Mount Gravatt location.

About the Role:

This is more than just a car wash – we offer a premium experience, and we’re looking for a manager who can match that standard. You’ll be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and developing your team, maintaining quality control, and ensuring every customer leaves with a spotless vehicle and a smile.

Hours:

This is a full-time role working Wednesday to Sunday, including weekends, when our business is at its busiest and best.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day running of the Mount Gravatt site

• Lead, motivate, and support a team of car wash detailers and café staff

• Drive operational efficiency and maintain high service standards

• Oversee stock control, staff rosters, and performance targets

• Ensure all vehicles are cleaned to Suds Car Spa’s premium standards

• Resolve customer queries with professionalism and warmth

• Work closely with the owners and leadership team on continuous improvements

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous management or supervisory experience

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• High attention to detail and a passion for customer service

• Ability to problem-solve and work under pressure

• Reliable, organised, and confident in making operational decisions

• Tech-savvy enough to manage systems like Deputy and Xero preferred
