This role involves working closely with the research team and community stakeholders to co-design, implement, and evaluate strategies that connect individuals with social and community services to improve wellbeing.
The Community Researcher will engage with local health, social, and community sectors to identify existing services, potential overlaps, and gaps. Responsibilities include mapping service databases, organising community assets, and maintaining professional engagement with research participants and stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in shaping a more connected and responsive service system that addresses non-medical needs through community-based support. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about community engagement and social impact.
