We're looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Test Engineer to drive innovation, streamline testing practices, and help deliver high-quality IT solutions that make a real difference in the community.
In this role, you will:
Lead the development and improvement of testing methodologies, tools and techniques that align with industry standards and support continuous improvement.
Collaborate with developers, analysts and other key stakeholders to define smart testing strategies, troubleshoot issues, and refine delivery processes.
Translate business requirements into robust testing plans that reduce risk and boost system reliability.
Champion quality by applying best-practice testing methods and ensuring products meet acceptance criteria, design standards and user needs.
To be successful:
You bring strong experience across a broad range of testing approaches, including UI and UX testing, functional and integration testing, performance testing, and test-driven development.
You're confident in shaping and adapting testing frameworks, promoting automation, and embedding efficient practices that enhance team productivity.
You know how to identify risks before they become problems and can act quickly to maintain quality and performance.
Your analytical mindset, creative problem-solving and commitment to improvement make you a key contributor to any tech project.
