Canine Country is a locally owned, independent manufacturing company with big ambitions in the fast growing raw pet food industry! Established over 12 years, Canine Country supplies independent pet stores and vet clinics across QLD. We are a dedicated, hard working team based in a modern production facility in Yatala.

About the Role

To support business growth, the production and warehouse team requires an extra production operator to fill customer orders for raw pet food (protein and vegetables) to ensure we meet daily delivery deadlines. This is a fast paced role working within a small, friendly team.

We offer flexible 8 hour shifts across operating hours M-F, 6am-3pm.

Key responsibilities including

Operating production machinery

Handling and weighing raw meat, bones and vegetable ingredients (no cooking smells!)

Packing orders, labelling cartons and data entry

Warehouse duties, moving stock through refrigerated workspaces

Dispatching customer orders via delivery trucks

About You

With proven experience in a fast paced work environment you enjoy working in a small team and can pivot between tasks as directed. You enjoy learning new skills in a safe, organised workplace and you are ideally available for an immediate start.

To be successful, you will have:

1+ years experience working in a fast paced environment

Current driver's licence is essential

Current forklift licence (great but not essential)

High level of accuracy in your work

Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

Good written and verbal communication

Positive, can-do attitude
