In this hybrid position based out of Newcastle, you will take ownership of front end development in a large team focused on the business's biggest product, used by companies all over the world.

What you’ll be doing:
In this hands-on position, you will be working within a larger team where you will be tasked with front end development. You will be working on an existing project where you will develop and maintain high-quality web applications using Angular, HTML, CSS, Cordova, TypeScript and Azure DevOps.

You will collaborate with the other developers and the QA team to implement user-friendly interfaces and optimise application performance. You will conduct thorough unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality of the deliverables, as well as continuously learning and staying up to date with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in web development.

Please note that this is a Newcastle-based role and you will be required to be in the office at least 2 days a week.

Experience required:
You will have at least one year of previous demonstrated experience in a similar front end or full stack focused role. You will ideally have prior experience with Angular, although this is not essential.

You will hold tertiary qualifications in software engineering or a similar field and will be based within a commutable distance of Newcastle, allowing for travel into the office twice a week.
