To support our mission, we’re seeking a proactive, outcome focussed Associate Brand Manager to take the reins on execution. You’ll be helping turn strategic vision into commercial action across various HCP channels.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in challenging but rewarding space, regulated environments and brings hands-on marketing capability, from briefing and building to optimising and reporting.

What you’ll be doing:

Executing multichannel brand and marketing activity across key audiences

Building and optimising email marketing (EDMs) using HubSpot or similar platforms

Briefing assets, managing campaign timelines, and coordinating approvals

Supporting sales enablement with branded materials, education tools and content

Using AI tools to generate, adapt and refine content across formats and audiences

Maintaining quality and compliance across all touchpoints

Tracking performance and helping optimise what’s working (and what’s not)

What we’re looking for:

A proactive, organised operator who gets things done and gets the detail right

Experience in brand or marketing roles (regulated industry a plus)

Experience with CRMs, such as HubSpot, EDM building, and basic automation workflows

Familiarity with AI content tools and the initiative to use them well

Clear communicator, fast learner, and confident managing multiple moving parts

A strong eye for brand quality and messaging consistency

Someone who’s excited by the pace of a growth company in a meaningful industry
