Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented machine hand. The ideal candidate will have a good attitude and willing to work in a factory environment

$31ph + Penalties - 38 hour weeks with attendance bonus (up to $200 per week) and production bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow instructions from supervisors
• Use basic hand tools, ie shovels, trowels, hammers etc.
• Machine operation
• Ensure production KPI's are met

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy items.
• Able to travel to and from work, a car and license is preferred
• FL ticket is a bonus, but not required
