Machine Operators – Rolleston Mine

Minecon Recruitment have partnered with a highly experienced organisation, with over 40 years of delivering integrated construction and engineering solutions across Australia. Our client work across a range of different sectors including Resources, Infrastructure and Renewable Energy. We are looking to employ a range of experienced and skilled operators to drive this project to successful completion.

Location: Rolleston Mine, West of Gladstone QLD

About this opportunity:

Roster – 7:7 Day shift only, allowing for great work life balance

12-hour shifts – 0600 to 1800

Camp Accommodation supplied + all meals + bus provided from camp to site (less than 10 mins from camp to site)

Accommodation is equipped with a heated pool, gym and great food

DIDO POSTION (No flights will be provided)

Numerous opportunities available – Water Cart, Moxy, Roller, Compactors, Grader, Dozer, Excavator & Scraper Operators.

16 Week Program commencing 21st July 2025 onward

Opportunity to transition to other projects once assignment has been completed

6 x Komatsu PC 1250 and 35T Excavator Operators

6 x CAT D6, D9, D10 Dozer Operators

4 x CAT 14M Grader Operators

6 x CAT 773 & 740 Water Cart Operators

4 x CAT 825 Compactor Operators

6 x CAT 740 and CAT 745 Moxy Operators

6 x CAT 637 Scraper Operators

4 x Smooth and Pad foot Roller Operators

About you:

12+ months experience operating heavy earth moving machinery (CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi ect)

Current Coal Board Medical and Standard 11

Statement of Attainments for Machine Operation (RII’s)

12+ proven and previous experience operating heavy earth moving machinery (dependant on position)

Ability to pass an Instant Drug and Alcohol Assessment

Ability to complete the Glencore generic induction

A safety-first mindset, strong work ethic and the ability to commit to the full duration of the program
