About Us:
West Face Roofing is expanding! Alongside our roofing specialists, we’re growing our projects division to include talented all-rounders who bring practical skills and adaptability to the mix. From maintenance tasks to small construction jobs, we need a reliable team player ready to dive in.

The Role:
We’re offering a flexible 3-day workweek for a skilled labourer with carpentry experience, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. You’ll gain hands-on experience and learn directly from our skilled tradespeople & management. In this role, you’ll support our experienced roofing crew and contribute across our expanding projects division. With each job bringing something different, no two days feel the same — keeping your work varied, engaging, and rewarding.
You’ll be trusted to work autonomously while still being a key part of the team. No hand-holding here — just straightforward work and a supportive team.

Fuel and vehicle allowances are covered, so you’re not out of pocket when getting to and from jobs or moving between sites.

What we are looking for:

Have solid carpentry know-how and love working with timber, tools, and are open to new challenges

Move fluidly between tasks without needing constant direction

Are confident supporting tradespeople and pitching in where needed

Communicate professionally with the team and clients

Understand the value of consistency and showing up ready to roll

Positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic

Willingness to learn new techniques and grow into expanded responsibilities

Comfortable working at heights and across varied site conditions
