We are seeking a dedicated catering Co-ordinator to join our team based at
Kenilworth Homestead.
Your responsibilities will include;
Menu Planning
delivering nutritious, high-quality meals that keep students and staff energised throughout their camp stays, ranging from three days to six weeks.
Kitchen Staff Rostering/Management
Stock ordering and Management
Budget/Waste management
Regular reporting to committee
Candidates must have a Blue Card or be willing to acquire one
