We’re looking for a Dementia Clinical Nurse Specialist who is enthusiastic, reliable, and genuinely dedicated to improving the lives of people living with dementia. This role is open to both full-time and part-time applicants.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with residents and their families to plan, implement and evaluate individualised dementia care plans
• Educate and support care staff, raising awareness of the specific needs of residents living with dementia
• Foster a warm, respectful environment and build strong relationships with residents and their families
• Promote dignity, compassion, and integrity in all aspects of care

About You

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Completed or working towards post-graduate qualifications in dementia care
• Strong clinical and documentation skills
• Excellent time management and communication skills
• A deep understanding of the Strengthened Aged Care Standards and their application in dementia care
