Fantastic opportunities are available for fully qualified Automotive Technicians of all experience levels to work within a luxury car dealership in the Sutherland Shire joining our Aftersales Department.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral part of our Aftersales Workshop team with the main responsibility of carrying out service and repair work competently and efficiently to BMW standards.

• Remuneration package including Base salary + Commissions + Tool Allowance + Super
• Both in-house and external training from BMW Group
• Monday to Friday role between the core hours of 8.00am to 4.30pm - offering a 2:30pm finish on Fridays!
• The opportunity to work in a prestigious and established Dealership that is family owned and run

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• Previous experience in an Automotive Technician role is essential
• Technical/Automotive knowledge and relevant qualifications (experience in a European dealership environment is highly desired)
• Thorough technical understanding and hands-on experience with manufacturer products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Proven problem solving skills
• Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional time management and organisational skills
• Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail
• Friendly, welcoming demeanour and a team player
• Current and valid NSW Driver’s Licence with a good driving record
