An exciting opportunity has opened for a fully qualified Service Technician to join the team at North Coast V-Twins in Coffs Harbour, New South Wales. In this full-time role, you’ll be working alongside a great team of experienced technicians, ensuring the efficient and high-quality service of motorcycles from iconic brands such as Harley-Davidson, Ducati, Royal Enfield, KTM, and GasGas. Requirements

Fully qualified motorcycle mechanic (MUST)

Experience working on Harley-Davidson’s, Ducati’s and/or KTM's (Preferred but not essential)

Motorcycle license (MUST)

Permit to work in Australia (MUST)

Provide prompt, dependable, high quality, motorcycle service to (internal & external) customers.

The Role

Provide the highest standards of customer service with attention to detail and focus on quality workmanship

Complete repair work within the scheduled or allotted time whenever possible. Continually improve this “efficiency” skill.

Maintain productivity (time spent working on billable jobs) as close to 100% as possible.

Accept work assignments from Service Manager.

Request parts for the job as early as possible when needs become known.

Perform service, repair and customisation work

Assist Service Manager, when requested, with writing up work orders, communication with customers, test riding, or any other issue which will help ensure customer satisfaction.

Notify Service Manager of additional work needed or any delays in expected completion as soon as they become known so that customer may be contacted and notified of the delay

Keep work areas as clean as possible and assist others with maintaining shop cleanliness.

Maintain technical qualification by completing any necessary training programs assigned to you by the Service Manager

Minimise come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur.

About You

You will have great motorcycle technical knowledge and be an enthusiastic worker with a positive approach to customer service and teamwork. Along with the following attributes-

Maintain up to date technical qualification by completing all training programs assigned by the Service Manager
