Latitude Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Woodbine Inc., a respected provider supporting people with disability to lead fulfilling and independent lives. We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated Disability Support Workers to join their team in Warracknabeal.

In this meaningful role, you'll play a vital part in supporting individuals with a range of daily living tasks, empowering them to achieve their personal goals and lead the lifestyle of their choice.

About the Role:

As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll:

Assist with personal care and hygiene

Support participants in daily household activities

Facilitate social, recreational, and community participation

Provide physical support (e.g, mobility, transfers)

Perform light domestic tasks such as laundry and meal preparation

Advocate for participant needs using a person-centred approach

Maintain accurate participant documentation and notes

This role may involve working across different settings and transporting participants using company vehicles.

You will have:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A genuine commitment to supporting people with disabilities

Flexibility with working hours and shift types

Ability to work independently and within a team environment

Current Level 2 First Aid and CPR Certificate

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)

Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence

Desirable:

Certificate IV in Disability or equivalent (or willingness to obtain)
