About the role
The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients and ensuring workforce solutions are delivered effectively.
You’ll be working across key sectors such as manufacturing, logistics, construction, and more.
The role coordinates recruitment and onboarding, maintains compliance standards, manages rosters, and supports day-to-day client and candidate communication. The AM plays a critical role in supporting placement accuracy, candidate care, and service responsiveness in a fast-paced environment.
You will support Branch safety activities such as toolbox talks and participate in WHS training and contribute to a positive safety culture at NW and at client sites where applicable.
About you
You will bring:
3+ years’ experience in workforce coordination, recruitment, or client account management.
● Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
● Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced environments.
Passion & Enthusiasm: You’re eager to make a difference and provide exceptional service, creating long-lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
Focus & Clarity: You’re able to stay calm under pressure and keep your eye on the big picture, making decisions that benefit both candidates and clients.
Organisational Skills: You have strong organisational abilities, can manage multiple tasks at once, and pay attention to detail.
Great Communicator: Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch—clear, concise, and effective.
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to working together to achieve common goals.
Flexibility: Ability to work varying hours to accommodate Client needs . No weekends!
