About the Role
As the Service Coordinator, you’ll lead the day-to-day operations of a vibrant OSHC and Vacation Care service. This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where you’ll oversee staff rosters, coordinate programming, and ensure top-tier administrative and HR processes are in place to support an engaging and safe environment for children.

You’ll be the go-to person for families, team members, and the broader school community, ensuring strong relationships and smooth operations from start to finish.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and support a dedicated team of educators
• Manage rosters, staffing schedules, and payroll coordination
• Liaise with families, staff, and external stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with the Department of Education and Child Protection policies
• Support recruitment, induction, and training processes
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all

What You Bring

• Previous experience in OSHC or a similar coordination/admin role
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confident communicator and natural relationship-builder
• Solid understanding of HR processes and relevant compliance frameworks
• A genuine passion for creating engaging experiences for children
