Sales Rep Opportunity – Join a Fast-Growing, Innovative Solar Company!

Compensation:

Base Retainer: $60,000 annually (Full-time employment with sick & holiday leave)

Monthly Commission Structure (after reaching $5,000 in sales):

Inverter Sales: $80 per kW sold

Battery Sales: $40 per kW sold

Sell over $500: Keep 50% of the overage

Referral In-house: Extra $200 per rep referral

Referral Externally: Double the commission rate

Performance Bonuses:

20 sales/month: $90 per kW sold

30 sales/month: $100 per kW sold

Potential to earn up to $10k per week!

Work Schedule:

3–5 applications per day (with Saturdays available)

Weekend work: Opportunity for additional earning potential

Solar Sparky Role Requirements:

Hourly Rate: $50–$55/hour

Qualifications:

White Card

Working at Heights

A-Grade Electrical License (WA)

WA SAA Solar Accreditation (preferably)

SAA Battery Accreditation (preferably)
