• Position: Service Coordinator
• Location: Smithfield NSW - Parking Onsite. NO WFH
• Casual Hourly Rate: $37-40 per hour + super
• Duration: 6 months- possible extension/permanency
• Shifts: Monday to Friday - 9AM to 5PM

Our client is a market leader in water storage, rainwater harvesting, and wastewater treatment solutions.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced service coordiantor/customer service operator to join our clients team. If you have at least 2+ years of experience in managing high volume inbound calls, whilst juggling administration tasks in the background, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responding to 70-80 inbound call enquiries a day, for service and warranty work
• Handle schedules and coordiantion for Field Service Technicians
• Process warranty claims for pumps and send to suppliers
• Troubleshoot and diagnose the service requirements
• Processing Jobs, Sales Orders, Sales Quotes

What are we looking for?

• Minimum of 2+ years' experience in an a call centre envivornment or answering high volume calls. - MUST
• 1-2+ years handling administration duties - MUST
• Experience in scheduling or coordinating
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Dynamics, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to resolve conflicts
