About Us

WA Stoneworks is a leading Civil construction company based in Perth's northern suburbs. We have recently invested in new truck and trailer take care of our daily limestone block deliveries. We are currently seeking an experienced and professional HC Truck Driver with a positive can-do attitude.

The Role

This is a full-time, permanent position responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our Heavy Combination vehicles. You will be conducting a variety of tasks, including collection of limestone blocks from several local manufactures and delivering them to various sites around the Perth metropolitan area. Some deliveries may require you to unload the truck yourself using a Volvo IT wheel loader.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate a HC vehicle in compliance with all road transport regulations and company policies.

Conduct daily pre-start checks and report any vehicle faults or maintenance issues.

Load and unload freight, ensuring loads are correctly restrained and secure.

Complete all required documentation accurately, including run sheets, delivery dockets, and logbooks.

Maintain a high standard of customer service, acting as a professional representative of our company.

Adhere strictly to fatigue management laws and Occupational Health & Safety (OH&S) guidelines.

Operate Volvo IT wheel loader when needed.

To be successful in this role, you must have:

A current and valid HC (Heavy Combination) Driver's Licence.

A minimum of 2 years of proven experience driving HC vehicles.

Full working rights in Australia.

A professional attitude with a strong focus on safety and reliability.

Experience driving a brick or block delivery truck is highly regarded.
