Wellbeing Manager | Full-Time, 12-Month Contract |Sunshine Coast, QLD
We're seeking a passionate Wellbeing Manager to join our team on a full-time, 12-month contract and make a real impact servicing the Southern Sunshine Coast Region and surrounding suburbs including Gympie. If you're ready to create positive change every day, this could be the perfect role for you!
π‘ A Day in the Life:
- Coordinate tailored Home Care Package (HCP) plans and manage care delivery, budgets, and clinical support to ensure holistic, person-centred care at home.
- Provide nursing care one day per week, including assessments, treatments, and care planning as part of the Wellbeing Manager role.
π₯ What We Offer:
- Salary: $85,952 - $104,381 + 12% super (based on experience)
- Perks: Salary packaging ($15,899) + meal/entertainment card, travel allowance or vehicle, phone/tools provided
- Support & Growth: Admin support, paid parental leave (9 weeks), and career development opportunities
π About You:
- MUST HAVE! Current Registered Nurse (AHPRA) with hands-on experience and a passion for supporting older adults to live independently
- Strong case management skills (ideally in community/aged care), HCP assessment experience, and a goal-oriented, holistic approach
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, valid driver's licence, and willingness to travel locally
