About the role

We are seeking an experienced Dairy Farm Hand to join our team at MJ RA Coleman on a full-time basis. Based in Maffra, VIC, this hands-on role will see you working as part of a dedicated team to provide high-quality care and support to our dairy cattle herd.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the daily milking of our dairy herd

Monitoring the health and wellbeing of the animals and reporting any issues

Carrying out general farm work

Operating and maintaining farm equipment and machinery

Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

Previous experience working on a dairy farm or in a similar agricultural role

Sound knowledge of dairy farming practices and procedures

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to animal welfare

Physically fit and able to perform manual labour tasks

Reliable, punctual and dedicated to delivering high-quality work

Valid driver's licence
