Max Packer 3PL is looking for a dedicated and motivated Warehouse Picker Packer to join our team in Unanderra. 🔍 About the Role

As a key part of our warehouse operations team, you will ensure our customers’ goods are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and efficiently. This role is ideal for someone proactive, detail-oriented, and ready to take ownership of their work.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing customer orders with precision

Dispatching and receiving stock

Sorting, locating, and putting stock away

Performing general warehouse duties as required

To be considered for this position, you must possess the following qualities:

Sense of urgency in everything you do

High attention to detail

Takes ownership of tasks and outcomes

Previous experience in warehousing and pick/pack operations

Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Always looking for ways to improve processes

Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic

A motivated self-starter

Honest and operates with integrity

Holds a valid driver’s licence

A forklift licence is desirable but not essential
