We are seeking a talented Exercise Physiologist to join our team at Rural Connection Allied Health Pty. Ltd. in Toowoomba, Queensland. As an Exercise Physiologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality allied health services to our clients. This is a contract position, offering flexible work arrangements to support our client-centric approach.

The Role:

We’re seeking a motivated and empathetic Accredited Exercise Physiologist to join our mobile team. Your caseload will primarily consist of:

NDIS participants (including neurological, intellectual, and physical disabilities)

Home Care Package clients (rehabilitation, falls prevention, functional maintenance)

CHSP and private clients

You’ll enjoy flexible scheduling, strong administrative support, and the opportunity to work autonomously while still feeling connected to a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial assessments and deliver tailored exercise interventions

Provide home visits and community-based sessions

Collaborate with support coordinators, GPs, and allied health professionals

Maintain accurate documentation and reporting (NDIS, HCP, CHSP)

You’ll Bring:

ESSA Accreditation as an Exercise Physiologist (AEP)

Current First Aid/CPR, Working With Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening

Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for client-centred care

Experience in aged care or NDIS settings (preferred, not essential)
