MERAKI Property Styling are looking for an experienced and confident property stylist who has an eye for detail and is passionate about interiors.

Meraki is a boutique property staging and interiors company that focus on a high end, sleek finish to every property we style to sell and style to stay. Our works takes us all over Melbourne so a reliable car is a must! We are based in Moorabbin.

Although the position is Casual, the job role would consist generally of 3 to 4 days per week. Availability on Mondays and Tuesdays is preferable. The hours and days can vary so flexibility is preferred but we are open to a hybrid of some set days and some flexible.

The role.

Assisting the lead stylist to ensure all properties are beautifully presented

Selecting furnishings and decor prior to installations

On-site installation of furniture packages

Overseeing the delivery team

Physically packing and unpacking artwork and decor (no heavy lifting of furniture required!)

Maintaining stock in good order at the warehouse in preparation for installations

Quoting and consulting onsite with clients and agents

Shopping trips and trade days out to purchase new stock as a team

Attributes.

This role will suit an individual that is highly motivated, has a “can do attitude“ and great time management skills.

This role is hands on so being physically fit is essential

Previous styling experience or a Visual Merchandising qualification is highly preffered

The ability to work well under pressure, autonomously as well as within a team

An eye for detail and spatial awareness

A driver’s licence

Must be willing and able to drive distances to jobs on the outskirts of Melbourne if required
