About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Organisational Development Lead to design and deliver impactful learning and development initiatives that uplift staff capability and support Melbourne Polytechnic's strategic goals. This role is pivotal in shaping a culture of continuous learning and performance excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, delivery, and evaluation of organisational development programs
  • Conduct learning needs analyses and develop sustainable learning plans
  • Partner with leaders to build team capability through tailored development solutions
  • Manage induction and leadership development programs
  • Oversee vendor relationships and ensure compliance with procurement protocols
  • Support performance management processes and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills and Experience Required
  • Tertiary qualifications in organisational development, HR, psychology, or related field
  • Proven experience in strategic organisational development and project delivery
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience in designing and delivering inclusive learning programs
  • High-level analytical, problem-solving, and organisational skills

Additional Requirements

Successful candidate will be required to provide:

  • A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • A National Police Check
