About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join our talented team at Sas & Lee's Hairstylists' in Forrestfield, WA. As a casual Senior Hairstylist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling services to our diverse clientele. What you'll be doing

Providing a full range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, and treatments

Consulting with clients to understand their hair care needs and preferences

Delivering personalised, trend-setting hairstyles that exceed client expectations

Maintaining strict health and safety standards in the salon

Assisting with salon operations and supporting junior stylists as needed

Actively contributing to the salon's continuous improvement and growth

What we're looking for

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Hairstylist in a fast-paced salon environment

Demonstrated expertise in a wide range of hair styling techniques, including cutting, colouring, and treatments

Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised, exceptional experience for each client

Excellent time management and organisational skills to handle multiple clients efficiently

A passion for the latest hair trends and a commitment to ongoing professional development

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively with the salon team
