PROJECTS

• Multiple heritage, commercial, and healthcare developments across Melbourne & regional Victoria
• Leadership of end-to-end project delivery — from inception through to handover
• Projects valued across a varied spectrum where your vision will drive success

THE ROLE

• Lead multiple construction projects concurrently, managing them from start to finish
• Oversee project teams, including Site Managers and Contract Administrators
• Control timelines, budgets, and quality, ensuring strong financial outcomes
• Foster proactive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders

YOU

• Minimum 3-4+ years’ experience managing commercial construction in Victoria
• Contract Administrator Background - lead from the front
• Comfortable working autonomously, with a results-first attitude
• Proficient in Procore (or similar software) and WHS/OHS systems
• Track record managing multiple live jobs under pressure
• Proactive, no-nonsense, results-driven approach—site-based experience non negotiable
