About the Role

As an Intermediate Accountant, you will work closely with both senior team members and clients to deliver high-quality accounting and tax services. This role offers the opportunity to build strong technical skills while gaining exposure to broader advisory work and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work across various entity types

Contributing to tax planning and compliance activities

Assisting with client queries and building professional relationships

Supporting senior staff on advisory projects and process improvements

Liaising with the ATO and relevant authorities

Mentoring junior team members as you grow

What You’ll Bring

2 - 4 years’ experience in an accounting firm

CA or CPA qualification (or currently completing)

A high level of autonomy, initiative, and accountability

Excellent communication skills and a client-centric mindset

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities

A team-oriented attitude and desire to contribute to a positive workplace culture
