About the role

What you'll be doing

Responding promptly to customer service requests and assessing damage to property

Performing a variety of restoration tasks, including water damage restoration, fire and smoke damage restoration, and mould remediation

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and in compliance with industry standards of care and safety protocols

Accurate documentation and maintaining open communication throughout the restoration process

Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work vehicle to ensure efficient service delivery

Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices

What we're looking for

Experience as a Restoration Technician or similar role in the trades and services industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers from diverse backgrounds

Proficient in the use of restoration equipment, tools, and techniques

Knowledge of relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and best practices

A positive, team-oriented attitude and the willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed

A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
