We are currently hiring for various locations throughout WA!

The Role

As a registered nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing both the clinical and operational delivery of person-centered care, ensuring the residents are at the heart of what you do. You will lead a team of carers and nurses to create a collaborative working environment as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will utilise your clinical skills while adhering to aged care quality standards, and combine your business operational skills to ensure the facility operates seamlessly. Ultimately, you will provide a safe environment within the facilities and strive to improve the residents' quality of life!

Skills & Experience

AHPRA Registration

Full Aussie work rights (PR, Citizenship or Partner/Bridging Visa)

Excellent communication skills

Strong problem solving abilities, and ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team

Aged Care experience is highly desirable

Salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 + Super (depending on experience)
