About the Training Program
Our training program addresses all the requirements of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists while providing relevant and extensive experience in various settings. Spectrum runs a highly regarded assessment and consultation service for referrals involving high degrees of complexity from all over Victoria. There are also opportunities to participate in research and training across a wide variety of subjects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Current General Registration with AHPRA
- Highly Developed Interpersonal and Clinical Leadership Experience
- A Strong Commitment to High-Quality Care
- The Ability to Work as Part of a Diverse Team
- Excellent Communication and Organisational Skills
We prefer that applicants are in advanced stages of training as this position requires a level of independence appropriate to a more experienced trainee.
Vaccination against infectious disease is a mandatory requirement of this role. An offer of employment is conditional on you providing evidence that you are currently vaccinated against COVID-19 with booster & Influenza, prior to commencing employment.
