This is your chance to use your skills in a more flexible, meaningful way. Work one-on-one with children and young people in out-of-home care, delivering tailored, interest-based learning that empowers them to thrive.

🎯 What You’ll Do

Spend one day each week* in our Morwell office, connecting with a passionate and supportive team

Use the rest of your work time to engage directly with students or complete planning and programming — all within paid hours

Deliver one-on-one, personalised education plans tailored to each student’s interests, goals, and learning needs

Collaborate with carers, case workers, and other professionals to build a strong, wraparound support network

Maintain accurate records and contribute to the development of Individual Education Plans

Create a safe, positive learning environment that supports each student’s educational and emotional growth

🎓 What We’re Looking For

Bachelor of Education + current Victorian Teaching Registration

Experience working with young people in care (Kinship, Foster, Residential, or Lead Tenant)

Ability to tailor teaching strategies to each student’s learning style

Confidence working independently and building strong, trusting relationships

Passion for equity in education and making a long-term difference
