Key Responsibilities

Map and optimise interior design processes, including milestone and quality controls

Conduct benchmarking of model apartments and premium residential projects in key cities

Support the development of design standard libraries and technical specifications

Collaborate across teams to ensure aesthetic consistency and technical feasibility

Help transform custom design elements into scalable, repeatable systems

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Environmental Design or related field

2+ years of relevant experience in residential/public/interior design

Proficiency in CAD, SketchUp, Enscape, PowerPoint; Adobe Suite a plus

Analytical and system-thinking mindset; experience with process mapping preferred

Strong communication and collaboration skills, and fluent in both Mandarin and English
