The Opportunity

The Role

Deliver and support impactful learning and development programs.

• Design and facilitate learning initiatives to uplift capability
• Partner with leaders to identify and respond to training needs
• Develop resources and support digital learning strategies
• Evaluate program effectiveness and implement improvements

The Ideal Person

You are a passionate and solutions-focused L&D professional with a flair for designing engaging learning experiences. Your ability to connect with people and build trust enables you to influence stakeholders and deliver high-quality outcomes.

You will bring experience in learning design and delivery, combined with an understanding of adult learning principles and contemporary L&D practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills will set you apart, as will your drive to innovate and continuously improve programs.

Salary / Rate

• $80k - $120k + Super (depending on experience)
