The salary offered for this Hairdresser position is $75,000 – $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

· Conducting comprehensive client consultations to understand hair care needs, beauty preferences, and desired hairstyles.

· Executing a full range of cutting services, including precision cuts, contemporary styles, and classic techniques for diverse clientele.

· Performing expert hair colouring, lightening, and chemical treatments with a focus on achieving "jaw-dropping" and technically sound results.

· Offering tailored advice on hair care routines and recommending appropriate retail products to clients.

· Actively supporting, mentoring, and guiding junior and emerging stylists within the team and helping shape our in-salon education program.

· Contributing significantly to the development and implementation of the in-salon education program, sharing advanced techniques and best practices.

· Collaborating closely with salon management to assess and refine operational workflows, aiming to enhance efficiency, client experience, and overall salon performance.

· Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and safety are maintained, including the meticulous cleaning of work areas and sanitisation of instruments.

· Assisting with administrative tasks such as arranging client appointments, managing schedules, and processing payments as required.

· A fully qualified hairdresser with at least 5 years’ experience in a salon environment
