This full-time role offers a balanced work-life schedule, with a nine-day fortnight and an RDO every two weeks, with no late evenings or weekend shifts, providing an excellent life balance.

Your Role
As our Front Office Coordinator, you're at the heart of our practice's smooth operation. Your day-to-day will involve:
Expertly managing all patient bookings, from accurate scheduling to confirming appointments.
Being the warm, professional primary contact for all patient and referrer inquiries, nurturing strong relationships at the heart of our practice.
Overseeing the day-to-day flow of operations, including patient coordination, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
Maintaining and enhancing our efficient systems and procedures, developing processes, manuals, and customer service training to ensure everything runs like clockwork.
Assisting with staff scheduling, timesheets, and rosters.
Supporting reports on practice performance and patient services.
Handling administrative and accounting duties as required.
Offering chairside support if trained, desired and needed.
