Your Role:

You’ll work across psychosocial, adult, aged care and/or paediatric caseloads — based on your passion and skillset. Your day-to-day may include:

Delivering creative, client-centred therapy sessions

Writing Functional Capacity, AT, Home & Living, and Support Needs reports

Liaising with families, support coordinators, and external stakeholders

Tracking client progress and maintaining aligned clinical notes

Making a real difference in the lives of neurodivergent and trauma-affected clients

Paediatric or adult OT interventions

Psychosocial disability and trauma-informed mental health care

A realistic KPI model (5.5 client hours/day) — because burnout isn’t our vibe

About You:

Certification and registration with relevant professional bodies (AHPRA)

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy

Driver's Licence and Personal Vehicle

NDIS Worker's Screening Check (or open to obtaining)

Professional Insurance

Able to communicate effectively and establish positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and referring doctors

Strong organisational and collaborative skills
