About the Role:

Develop and deliver a rich, play-based educational program that encourages children to explore, learn, and thrive—both indoors and outdoors through nature play.

Build respectful, trusting relationships with children and families, sharing progress and celebrating achievements.

Collaborate closely with a passionate and experienced team of educators.

Foster a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment that supports every child’s growth and development.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Holds a recognised Early Childhood qualification (Diploma or Cert 3 – ACECQA approved).

Has a genuine passion for early learning, nature-based play, and child-led exploration.

Communicates effectively and works well as part of a team.

Understands the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
