Are you an experienced multi residential Project Lead or Project Architect looking for a new opportunity in an established architectural studio in Inner Sydney?

The role is ideally suited for an experienced Project Lead or Project Architect with a strong local multi-residential background and run projects and teams independently

$115,000 - $125,000 + super

TYPICAL DAY

• Working across the various project stages of a number of Class 2 projects
• Run multiple projects and coordinate your team to deliver these projects on time
• Implement your knowledge of all the relevant codes and Australian Standards – also be able to advise and assist the wider team when needed

REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture or equivalent [ESSENTIAL]
• NSW Architecture Registration [DESIRABLE]
• Local experience in an Australian architectural office [ESSENTIAL]
• Intermediate Revit [ESSENTIAL]
• 8+ years Post graduate experience
• Leadership skills gained from managing a team [ESSENTIAL]
• Class 2: Multi-residential delivery experience [ESSENTIAL]
• Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship [ESSENTIAL]
