About the Job:

• Shift: 12-hour Day Shifts (6:00AM - 6:00PM), rotating 3 days on / 3 days off - includes 1-2 weekends per month
• Pay rate: $32.64 per hour (Saturday: $48.96 | Sunday: $65.28)
• Location: Horsley Park
• Type: Casual ongoing with potential for permanency after 3-6 months
• ASAP start

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operating and setting up high-speed production machinery
• Monitoring line performance and conducting quality checks
• Performing basic maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment
• Ensuring safety, cleanliness, and efficiency on the production floor

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years' machine operation experience in a production or manufacturing setting
• Strong work ethic, solid communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Physically fit and able to commit to 12-hour rotating shifts
• Must have a reliable car and current driver's licence
