What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on, diverse role with a mix of:
✅ Residential & light commercial air conditioning – primarily servicing and repairs on split, ducted, and VRV systems, with occasional support to the install team on larger projects
✅ Refrigeration servicing – including coolrooms, display fridges, and various refrigerated appliances
✅ Servicing of heat pumps – covering hot water systems, hydronic systems, and pool heaters
✅ Warranty repairs and diagnostics – with full manufacturer training provided
✅ Preventative maintenance, commissioning, and breakdown response across HVAC and refrigeration systems
✅ Working independently or with an apprentice, depending on the job scope

What We’re Looking For

Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration

Current ARCtick licence

Manual driver's licence

White Card

Strong fault-finding skills across HVAC and refrigeration systems

A genuine pride in your work and commitment to doing it right

Great communication skills and a professional, customer-first attitude
