About You:

You have a passion for construction machinery and take great pride in your work. Described as hands-on, you thrive in both team environments and while working independently to meet deadlines.

Honest, loyal, and reliable

Strong problem-solving abilities

Excellent communication skills

Enjoys challenges and works collaboratively

What You Need to Bring:

Ability to pass a skills test on nominated machines

Extensive experience in Detailed Excavation, Trenching and Site Trim

Ability to follow instructions and deliver desired results

Excellent attention to detail

Heavy Rigid Truck License

Basic ability to interpret drawings and levels

Positive attitude towards Health and Safety

Capability to work in a team or unsupervised

RII tickets for a minimum of 2 of the following: Excavator, Backhoe, Skid Steer, Loader

Proven minimum of 5 years experience as a Final Trim or Finish Level Operator

Preferred Qualifications:

Certificate III in Civil Plant Operations (desired but not essential)
