We are actively seeking dedicated Multi Skilled Operator join our Waste Management and Recycling Team. You will be part of a motivated crew working in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that operations run smoothly and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate mobile plant equipment, including Excavators (up to 50t), Front-End Loaders, and Dozers

Prepare machinery and production equipment for each shift, conducting routine checks and calibrations.

Work across both morning and afternoon shifts as required.

Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and site regulations.

Collaborate with site supervisors, providing regular updates and reports.

Contribute to the smooth operation of waste recycling and recovery processes.

What You Bring to the Team:

Minimum 2 years of experience operating both Excavators,Front-End Loaders, & Dozers

Valid RII Tickets for Excavator and Front-End Loader operation.

Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable transport.

Full Australian working rights

Ability to pass random drug and alcohol tests.
