📍 Brisbane-based | Work from Gold Coast to Sunshine Coast

We’re looking for a solid Detailing & Ceramic Coating Technician to join the crew. We’ve been around for nearly 20 years, with long-standing contracts across major logistics companies and caravan dealerships – and we’re growing fast.

💰 Pay rates:

$30–$35 p/hr if you’ve got strong paint correction and ceramic coating skills

$40 p/hr if you’re as good as me

$100 monthly bonus when you consistently show up and do your job – easy win

🕒 Flexible hours depending on the workload – generally 15–25 hours per week

🔧 Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

Exterior and interior detailing of vehicles (cars, trucks, and caravans)

On-site work at client locations – from Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast

Paint correction and ceramic coating applications

Maintaining a clean, professional presentation of vehicles and equipment

Representing the business well when dealing with clients – a good attitude goes a long way

We’re after someone who:

Has a driver’s licence and can travel between job sites (carpooling possible)

Has at least 2 years’ detailing experience

Can provide 2 solid references

Has strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude

Presents professionally and is comfortable with corporate clients

Isn’t a job hopper – we’re looking for someone reliable who’s in it for the long haul
