We’re looking for a Sponsorship & Activation Specialist to join our Brand & Communications team and help us amplify our presence through meaningful partnerships and unforgettable activations.
What You’ll Do
As our Sponsorship & Activation Specialist, you’ll:

• Lead the planning and execution of national sponsorships, events, and activations.
• Build strong relationships with industry partners, influencers, and collaborators.
• Manage a national events calendar aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate Laminex’s presence at major conferences, product launches, and customer events.
• Support local sales teams with tools, templates, and best practices for event success.
• Drive a Designer Recognition Program to boost advocacy and industry engagement.
• Report on performance, insights, and opportunities to continuously improve.

Who You’ll Work With
You’ll collaborate closely with:

• Brand & Communications, Digital, and Category teams
• National and Regional Sales teams
• External partners, agencies, and industry influencers

What You Bring

• 3+ years in brand activation, sponsorship, or events (agency or in-house)
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A creative, customer-first mindset with a passion for design and innovation
• Experience in the interior design or built environment industry (a plus!)
• A proactive, adaptable, and results-driven approach
